Observe, assess and conduct FBA of individuals’ behavior to develop meaningful and effective positive behavior support plans to address behavioral issues. Effectively communicate with individuals, employees, lifesharing providers and families to implement positive behavior support plans. Train and mentor employees and lifesharing providers on implementation of plans. Monitor recorded data to determine improvement and efficacy of plans in order to modify and continually address needs.
