Cafe SupervisorCreative Dining Services is looking for a full-time Cafe Supervisor at Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor, MI. The Cafe Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe, providing exceptional customer experiences while leading a team of baristas and food service specialists. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, staff training, and maintaining high standards of product quality and service. The supervisor will also be instrumental in developing and implementing new beverage offerings and promotional strategies to enhance customer engagement. By fostering a positive work environment, the Cafe Supervisor will motivate team members to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets.
