Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Epic Beaker AP Analyst to support stabilization efforts within their Anatomic Pathology environment. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, can quickly identify optimization opportunities, and provide hands-on troubleshooting and break-fix support in a live Epic Beaker AP build. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT.

Epic Beaker AP Analyst's Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide stabilization support for Epic Beaker AP with a focus on system reliability, workflow efficiency, and issue resolution
• Identify opportunities for optimization across pathology workflows and system configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve break-fix issues related to Epic Beaker AP functionality
• Partner with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to support pathology operations
• Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements to improve end-user experience

Epic Beaker AP Analyst's Qualifications and Skills:

• Epic Beaker AP Certification required
• Senior-level Epic Beaker AP experience with the ability to work independently
• Strong understanding of anatomic pathology workflows and laboratory operations
• Proven experience providing stabilization support in a production Epic environment
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and clinical teams
