Dallas , TX The Job: We are looking to fill an immediate need for an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. Specific responsibilities include: Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments The Details: Our Leasing Agents should meet the following criteria: High School diploma/GED required Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite Our company emphasizes a TEAM APPROACH and expects every person to perform any reasonable task or request that is consistent with fulfilling company objectives.
