In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service while managing cashier duties and front desk operations. • Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive experience from the moment they enter the service area.
• Handle all cashier duties including processing payments, issuing receipts, and balancing cash drawers.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and provide timely information to customers.
• Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
• Coordinate with service advisors to streamline customer service.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the service department.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a cashier, receptionist, or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with scheduling software and payment processing systems.
