This position requires the ability to provide individualized therapy plans. Candidates should possess effective communication skills and demonstrate compassion and patience. The Occupational Therapist will engage with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams. They must be proficient in assessing patient needs and developing treatment strategies. Additionally, candidates must comply with all required health screenings and certifications. A strong commitment to professional development and team collaboration is essential.
